In tempo per Linux Day 2006 e per l’imminente uscita di Ubuntu Edgy Eft, Mozilla Corporation rilascia la seconda versione di Firefox.
Nel frattempo sto provando anche IE7 e la mia impressione è: niente di nuovo. Navigazione a tab, motore di ricerca sulla sinistra, blocco dei pop-up. Tutte cose già viste.
Ti è piaciuto l'articolo, eh? OFFRIMI UNA BIRRA! (è sufficiente essere iscritti a Paypal o avere una carta di credito, anche Postepay)

Firefox 2 cannot reject third party cookies!!!!!!!!
Googling around I found this simple howto about blocking 3td party cookies in FF2:

But, as you can read, “It turns out that some evil sites have figured out how to get around this. Firefox really needs to fix this, and it shouldn’t be that hard to do. Just change the behavior so it only allows cookies for what’s actually shown in the location bar, not any weirdness from frames or iframes or redirects.”
